Immaterial materialism

From the most up-to-date statistics on the diffusion of smartphones in Italy, it can be deduced that technology has now entered the daily life of all Italians. The achievement of the quota of 95.9% is indicated.

It is certainly good news that the technology is in common use. Less positive is the one that puts the same instruments in the lead among those most used for playing. Even the latter news can be easily confirmed with a sample survey on an Italian train or subway. On the means of transport it will be possible to observe 90% of the passengers with their heads bowed to their smartphone, intent on playing (with games for 12 years of age) or watching videos.

Every consideration is superfluous and maybe not shared, but it makes the idea of unlimited access to culture wasted.

Immaterial materialism

In the lowest looks is the chain,
that puts the hi-tech yoke on thoughts
and deafens with singsong post.
It then makes all the facts seem true.

This aura alone seems unearthly,
but it is the outpouring of pleasures everywhere.
The action, which in the past was obscene,
now gladly switch to private .

Behold, immaterial materialism
it is pursuit of leisure and greed,
the time spent is not worth it.

A thought, albeit a fantasy one,
creates the original non-virtual.
Thought is real energy.

This blog was created in 2012 with the first works and phrases romantic inspired by classical poetry. Later in the 2013 pointed towards a creative line with the testing of the open source project that is of poems by multiple authors. In 2014 he published My metaphors , a study of the figures of speech with new definitions and ad hoc examples. In the same year, to coincide with the Milanese works for the Universal Exhibition of 2015, led EXPO project concerning the representation of the most famous Italian dishes. In 2015 focused attention on those increasingly popular crafts as the grinder or the cobbler. It was also facing classical and contemporary art with the spread of cultural events of all sorts, but always presented in a poetic. In 2016 he held particularly to highlight developments on environmental protection.
